Eligibility Criteria - of NHM Assam Recruitment 2024
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
(1) OT Technician: 10 + 2 Science Stream with Diploma in OT Technicia Course from Govt. recognized Institute.
(2) ICU Technician: 10 + 2 Science Stream with Diploma in ICU technology or B.Sc./Diploma in Critical Care Technology from Govt. recognized Institute.
(3) Case Registry Assistant, NMHP: Higher Secondary with a minimum 1 year work experience in mental health awareness activities With Knowledge of windows based packages/ applications.
(4) Record Keeper, NMHP: Graduation in any subject from a recognized university with a minimum 1 year work experience in mental health awareness activities With Knowledge of windows based packages/ applications
(5) Data Manager: M.Tech/ MCA/ BE(IT)/ BE (Computer Science)/ M.Sc (IT)/ M.Sc (Computer Science)/ DOEAC B Level or equivalent. With Minimum 2 years experience. Or In-service Block Data Manager with Minimum 5 years engagement under NHM.
(6) Consultant - Pediatrics & Neonatal Service, SIHFW:
- MBBS with post graduate Degree/ Diploma in Pediatrics from a Govt. recognized Medical College and registered with Assam Medical Council.
- Desirable: Degree/ Diploma in Public Health Management.
- Minimum 5 years experience in teaching and training of health professionals.
- MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Pathology/ Microbiology from a Govt. recognized Medical College.
- Desirable: Minimum 5 years experience in relevant field of Laboratory Management.
- C.A/ I.C.W.A with minimum 5 years post qualification work experience in handling financial matters in reputed organization. Or
- C.A Inter/ M.Com/ MBA (Finance) with minimum 10 years post qualification work experience in handling financial matters in reputed organization.
- Computer proficiency – MS Office & Tally.
- Excellence in verbal & written communication skills are essential.
- MBBS with Post Graduate Degree in Preventive Medicine/ Community Medicine/ Public Health from a Govt. recognized Medical College preferably with 2 years of experience in the area of specialization, of which at least 1 year should be preferably in a public health programme.
- MBBS from a Govt. recognized Medical College with 15 years and above experience in National Programme may also apply.
- Post graduate degree in Social Sciences, Management, Community Medicine, Public Health or related field from an accredited institution.
- 3 Years experience in health sector
- Exposure to manage large scale public health programmes
- Demonstrated experience of working with the government sector at national/state level.
- Experience in tobacco control issues will be given preference.
- MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Pathology/ Microbiology from a Govt. recognized Medical College.
- Desirable: Minimum 5 years experience in relevant field of Laboratory Management.
- M.Tech/ MCA/ BE(IT)/ BE (Computer Science)/ M.Sc (IT)/ M.Sc (Computer Science)/ DOEAC B Level or equivalent.

- Should have experience of software development using open Source Technology.

- Well versed with all the accounting procedures, book keeping practices, external and internal audits and other necessary accounting norms.

- Shall have Diploma / Certificate in Computer from recognized institution.
- Graduate in Science from the Biology stream (or) Any Graduate with Science Subject in XII Class/ HSSLC, in case the above science graduates are unavailable. (Candidates with Graduation in Science from the Biology Stream will be given preference during shortlisting)
- Candidate with experience in health sector programme in field works of similar nature will be preferred as per period of service.
- Candidate should have a valid Two Wheeler Driving License.
- Must have completed Graduation in any discipline and at least One Year Diploma in Computer Application/ PGDCA/ DOEAC ‘O’ Level or equivalent. or BCA/ B.Sc (IT)/ B.Sc (Computer Science)/ DOEAC ‘A’ Level or equivalent.
