Age Limit: Up to 43 years of age as on 1st June 2021.
Other Criteria: Candidates should have proficiency in regional/local language and dialect.
Remuneration: The Community Health Officer will be paid a remuneration of Rs 25,000 per month on contract basis and monthly performance based incentive up to Rs 15,000 per month.
Educational Qualification NHM Assam CHO Recruitment 2021 :
The eligibility criteria to apply for the post of Community Health Officer are as follows:
# Candidate must have passed B.Sc (Nursing) or Post Basic B.Sc (Nursing) with Integrated Certificate Course in Community Health in the academic year 2019-20 only eligible to apply for the post
# B.Sc (Nursing) / Post Basic B. Sc Nursing passed from a University recognized by Nursing Institute / Indian Nursing Council / and Assam Nurse Midwives and Health Visitors Council.
# Candidates should be Registered Nurse Registered Midwife (RNRM) from Assam Nurse Midwives and Health Visitors Council.
# Candidate must submit a certificate from the Principal of their respective Nursing College (from where the candidate has passed) confirming Integrated Certificate Course in Community Health as per the given format (given below).
