Age Limit:
Candidates must be at least 17 years old by 31st December 2026, and the maximum age for admission is 35 years. For Anganwadi Workers, Asha Workers, and Trained Dias, the maximum age for admission to ANM Schools is relaxed from 35 to 42 years.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates who have Passed Class 12 From a Recognized Board are Eligible for Admission.

Documents to Carry on Exam Day
Admit Card: Carry a printed copy of the admit card. Entry to the exam hall is not permitted without it.
Photo ID: Carry one original photo identity proof, such as an Aadhaar Card or Voter ID, unless the admit card specifies otherwise.
Reporting Time: The reporting time and exam centre are printed on the admit card. Reach the centre well before the reporting time, since latecomers may not be permitted inside.
Instructions: Read the instructions printed on the admit card before the exam. Keep the hall ticket safe until the counselling process is complete.
How To Download Assam ANM Entrance Admit Card?
The ANM Entrance Examination admit card will be issued only through the SSUHS portal. To download it, candidates will need the Application Number and Password generated during the application process. Once the admit card is released, follow the steps below to download and print the hall ticket.
Step 1: Scroll Down, Go to the Important Web-Links Section.
Step 2: Click on the 'Download Admit Card' Link.
Step 3: A New Web Page Will Open.
Step 4: Enter your Application Number and Password on the login page.
Step 5: Submit the details to open your admit card on the screen.
Step 6: Check your name, photograph, roll number, exam centre, date, and reporting time carefully.
Step 7: Download the admit card and take clear printouts for the exam day.

The Assam ANM Entrance Notification will be released on 9th September 2026, and the dates for the Online Application forms Start from 15th September 2026, and the Last Date for the Online Application form is 27th September 2026.
