1. Manager (Credit Analyst)
No. of Posts: 55 [SC:9, ST:4, OBC:14, EWS:5, GEN:23]
Place of Posting: Anywhere in India
Age Limit: 25- 35 Years
Educational qualification:
Graduation (any discipline) from a University or Institute recognized by the Govt.
And
(Full Time) MBA (Finance) / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS (Finance) / CA / CFA / ICWA
Experience:
# At least 3 years post qualification experience in Corporate / SME Credit as an Executive in a Supervisory / Management role in a Scheduled Commercial Bank / Associate or Subsidiary of a Scheduled Commercial Bank or Public Sector or Listed Financial Institution Company.
# Post qualification experience in high value credits is mandatory/ essential
# Should have experience in appraising/ appraising credit proposals of medium/ large corporations.
Specific skills required: Balance sheet analysis/appraisal/credit proposal assessment, credit monitoring and follow-up.
2. Manager (Project-Digital Payments)
No. of Posts: 05 [UR:4, OBC:1]
Posting Place: Mumbai
Age Limit: 28- 35 Years.
Educational qualification:
# BE/B.Tech in any discipline
# MCA, or
# MBA / PGDM, OR
# Equivalent to full time course from a recognized Institute (minimum percentage of marks: 60%)
Experience: Minimum 5 years of post qualification experience in Project Management in Banking / Financial Institutions / Acquisition / Ongoing / Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) / Transit Projects / Digital Payments in Smart Cities.
3. Manager (Products-Digital Payments/Cards)

Posting Place: Mumbai
Age Limit: 28- 35 Years.
Educational qualification:
# BE/B.Tech in any discipline
# MCA, or
# MBA / PGDM, OR
# Equivalent to full time course from recognized institute (minimum percentage of marks: 60%)
Experience: Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in Banking / Financial Institutions / Acquisition / Issuance of Card Industry / Fintech / Digital Payments.
