# Master's degree from a recognized University in any discipline with Hindi as the medium of instruction and examination with English as a compulsory subject at the degree level
OR
# Bachelor's degree with Hindi and English as main subjects or either of them as medium of examination and other as main subjects and recognized Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi and English and vice versa or Hindi English Two years experience of translation work from and vice versa in Central or State Government offices including Government of India Undertakings.
Stenographer Grade-I (English Typing):
# Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
# Skill Test Criteria: Dictation: 10 minutes @ 100 words per minute. Transcription 40 minutes (English), (on computer only).
Stenographer Grade-II (English Typing):
# 12th class pass from a recognized board or university.
# Skill Test Criteria: Dictation: 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute. Transcription: 50 minutes (English), (on computer only).
Administrative Assistant 'A' (English Typing):
# 12th class pass from a recognized board or university.
# Skill Test Criteria on Computer: English Typing @ 35 words per minute (time permitting -10 min.) (35 words per minute corresponds to 10500 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word).
Administrative Assistant 'A' (Hindi Typing):
# 12th class pass from a recognized board or university.
# Skill Test Criteria on Computer: Hindi Typing @ 30 words per minute (time permitting -10 min.) (30 words per minute corresponds to 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word).
Store Assistant 'A' (English Typing):
# 12th class pass from a recognized board or university.
# Skill Test Criteria on Computer : English Typing @ 35 wpm. (35 words per minute correspond to 10500 kDPH, with an average of 5 key depressions for each word). Time -10 mins.
Store Assistant 'A' (Hindi Typing):
# 12th class pass from a recognized board or university.
# Skill Test Criteria on Computer : Hindi Typing @ 30 wpm. (30 words per minute corresponds to 9000 kDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word). Time -10 mins.
Security Assistant ‘A’:
