Eligibility Criteria SSC JE Recruitment 2022
Age Limit: As on 01/01/2022
Central Public Works Department (CPWD)/ Central Water Commission: Up to 32 years
Others: Up to 30 years
Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable:
(i) Up to 5 years i.e. for SC/ ST candidates.
(ii) Up to 3 years i.e. for OBC/ MOBC candidates.
(iii) Up to 10 years for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PWBD). However, candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer) who fall under the 'Persons with Benchmark Disabilities' category will be eligible for cumulative age relaxation under both their respective categories.

Educational Qualification SSC JE Recruitment 2022
Central Water Commission: Degree or Diploma in relevant branch of Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.
CPWD: Diploma in relevant branch of Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.
MES: Degree in relevant branch of Engineering from a recognized University;
OR
(a) Three years Diploma in the relevant branch of Engineering from a recognized Institute or University or Board; And
(b) Two years' experience in planning, execution and maintenance of related engineering works.
Farakka Barrage Project: Diploma in relevant branch of Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.
Border Roads Organization, Ministry of Defence: Degree in the relevant branch of Engineering from a recognized University;
OR
(a) Three years Diploma in the relevant branch of Engineering from a recognized Institute or University or Board; And
(b) Two years work experience in planning/execution/maintenance of related engineering works.
Central Water Power Research Station: Diploma in relevant branch of Engineering from a recognized Institute.
Directorate of Quality Assurance, (Navy): Degree in the relevant branch of Engineering from a recognized Institute;
OR
(a) Three years Diploma in relevant branch of Engineering from a recognized University or Institute plus
(b) Two years experience in the relevant field.
National Technical Research Organization: Diploma in relevant branch of Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute.
