Staff Selection Commission – Delhi Police HC AWO/TPO Recruitment 2022:- Delhi Police has released a recruitment notification to fill 857 posts of Head Constable (Assistant Wireless Operator & Tele Printer Operator) Male & Female. Pay Scale : Pay Level-4 Rs.25,500/- to 81,100/- Per Month Salary
Nationality/ Citizenship: Candidates must be citizens of India.
Age- Limit : Age Limit: 18- 27 years as on 01-07-2022. Candidates must have been born not earlier than 02-07-1992 and not later than 01-07-2001.
The relaxations admissible in upper age limit for different categories are as under:
# ST/ SC Candidates : + 05 Years
# OBC Candidates : + 03 Years
# Ex-Servicemen Candidates : 03 years after deduction of military service rendered from Actual age as on date of Calculation.
Educational Qualification :
(i) Passed 10+2 (Senior Secondary) from a recognized Board with Science & Mathematics as subjects.
OR
National Trade Certificate (NTC) in the trade of Mechanic-cum Operator Electronic Communication System.
(ii) Professional Attainments:
Proficiency in Computer Operation Qualifying in Nature.
# Test of English word processing speed-1000 key depressions in
15 minutes.
# Test of Basic Computer Functions:-
Opening/Closing of PC, printing, MS office usage, saving &
modification in typed text, paragraph setting & numbering, etc.
Application fee and mode of payment:
Fee payable: ₹ 100/- (Rupees One hundred only).
Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Exservicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee.
Fee can be paid online through BHIM UPI, Net Banking, by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit cards or in cash at SBI Branches by generating SBI Challan.
SSC Head Constable Physical Standard
The Minimum Requirement as per the Category & Gender has been tabulated Below-
Height :
(i) Male :170 Cm , Female : 157 Cm. :Category Other Than as Given Below.
(ii) Male :165 Cm, Female : 152 Cm. : (i) Residents of hill areas, i.e., Garhwalis, Kumaonis, Gorkhas, Dogras, Marathas and candidates belonging to states of Sikkim, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Tripura, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Assam, Himachal Pradesh, Kashmir and Leh & Ladakh regions of J&K (Candidates claiming this relaxation would have to produce a certificate to this effect (Hill area certificate) from the competent authority i.e. DC/DM/SDM or Tehsildar of their place of residence at the time of Physical Measurement Test). The format of certificate is annexed as Annexure-‘G’. (ii) Sons of either serving, retired or deceased Delhi Police Personnel /Multi-Tasking Staff of Delhi Police.
Chest : 81- 85 (Minimum 4 cms expansion : 5 cms relaxation for residents of Hill areas as listed above, ST, and for sons of either serving, retired or deceased Delhi Police personnel/Multi-Tasking Staff of Delhi Police.
SSC Head Constable Physical Endurance Requirements
The Physical Endurance for their eligibility for the post of SSC Head Constable AWO/TPO will be done through their performances as per the following parameters.
1. Age, Race 1600 Meters, Long jump, High jump For Males
# Up to 30 years : 1600 Meters : 7 Minutes, Long jump : 12.5 Feet , High jump : 3.5 Feet
# Above 30 to 40 years : 1600 Meters 8 Minutes, Long jump : 11.5 Feet, High jump : 3.25 Feet.
# Above 40 years : 1600 Meters : 9 Minutes, Long jump :10.5 Feet, High jump : 3 Feet
2. Age, Race 800 Meters, Long jump, High jump For Females
# Up to 30 years : 800 Meters : 05 Minutes, Long jump : 09 Feet , High jump : 3 Feet
# Above 30 to 40 years : 800 Meters 06 Minutes, Long jump : 08 Feet, High jump : 2.6 Feet.
# Above 40 years : 800 Meters : 07 Minutes, Long jump : 07 Feet, High jump : 2.3 Feet
Selection Process Delhi Police Constable Driver Recruitment 2022
(i) Computer Based Examination,(CBT)
