Assam High school Teacher Recruitment 2022 Vacancy Details :
Name of the Post :- Graduate Teacher
No. of Post :- 387 Vacancy.
# Science Teacher : 121 Posts
# Arts Teacher : 224 Posts
# Sanskrit Teacher : 13 Posts
# Hindi Teacher : 29 Posts
Pay Scale: Rs 14,000 - Rs 60,500 including grade pay of Rs 8,700 per month plus other allowances admissible under the rules.
Nationality: Candidates must be a permanent resident of Assam.
Age-Limit Assam High school Teacher Recruitment 2022:
The Candidates Should Not be less Than 18 Years of Age and Not More Than 40 Years.
Upper Age Relaxation:
(i) 03 years for the candidates belonging to OBC.
(ii) 05 years for the candidates belonging to SC/ST category.
(iii) 10 years for the candidates belonging to Physically Handicapped. (Additional 05 years in case of Physically Handicapped belonging to SC, ST & 03 years for OBC category)
(iv) Ex-Servicemen Candidates : 2 Years
Educational Qualification Assam High school Teacher Recruitment 2022 :
Graduate Teacher (Arts & Science):
# For the post of Graduate Teacher (Arts), the candidate must be a Bachelor of Arts/ Commerce or a Post Graduate in Arts/ Commerce, Graduation or Post Graduation (or its equivalent) from a recognized University and with at least 50% marks in Graduation Must be graduate. Education (B.Ed.) from Institute(s) recognized by National Council for Teacher Education.
# For the post of Graduate Teacher (Science) candidate must be a Science Graduate or Post Graduate, either Graduation or Post Graduation (or its equivalent) and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from recognized University by National Council for Teacher Education. from recognized Institute(s).
#On the orders of the Government OM No. ASE.238/2014/213, d. 22.11.2019, Institutions having territorial jurisdiction outside the State of Assam but a study center in the State and such study centers not recognized by the DEC under UGC, the degree/certificate issued by such off-campus institutions shall not be considered valid Will go For the purpose of employment under the education department. However, the degree/diploma awarded by KKHSOU, IGNOU, (IDOL under Gauhati University and Distance Education under Dibrugarh University) will be treated as valid for employment purpose.
# In respect of Secondary TET the candidate has to secure 60% marks in each paper for UR category and 55% marks for OBC/MOBC, SC, ST(P), ST(H) and PWD category.
Graduate Teacher (Hindi):
# Praveen / Ratna in Hindi with 50% marks and Degree qualification with 50% marks OR Post Graduate degree in Arts with 50% marks from any recognized University, OR
BA with 50% marks and 50% marks in Hindi as one of the subject OR Post Graduation in Arts with 50% marks provided he has passed BA in Hindi with 50% marks in Hindi as one of the subjects .
# BT/B.Ed. Degree from any recognized University (Professional will be treated as 8.Ed degree).

# Shastri with 50% marks and 50% marks degree qualification OR Master's degree in Arts with 50% marks from a recognized University, OR BA with 50% marks and 50% marks in Sanskrit as one of the subjects OR Bachelor Degree in Post Arts with 50% Marks in Sanskrit.
# bt / Bed. Degree from any recognized University.

Medium of Instruction:
(i) In case of Assamese Medium School, the candidate must have passed HSLC or equivalent examination with Assamese Language as one of the subject OR Diploma in Assamese Language issued by Axom Sahitya Sabha OR Studied in Assamese Medium School up to HSLC level needed.
(ii) In the case of Bengali Medium School, the candidate must have passed HSLC or equivalent examination with Bengali Language as one of the subjects OR Diploma in Bengali Language issued by Barak Utayaka Bangya Sahitya O Sanskriti Sammelan or HSLC level have been studied. Bengali Medium School.
(iii) In case of Hindi medium school, candidate must have passed HSLC or equivalent examination with Hindi language as one of the subjects or studied up to HSLC in Hindi medium school.
(iv) In case of Bodo Medium School, the candidate must have passed HSLC or equivalent examination with Bodo language as one of the subjects or studied up to HSLC level in Bodo Medium School.
(v) In case of an English medium school, the candidate must have passed HSLC or equivalent examination with elective English or should have studied in an English medium school from class XI onwards.
