Age-Limit DEE LP UP Teacher Recruitment 2021:
The Candidates Should Not be less Than 18 Years of Age and Not More Than 40 Years.
Upper Age Relaxation:
(i) 03 years for the candidates belonging to OBC.
(ii) 05 years for the candidates belonging to SC/ST category.
(iii) 10 years for the candidates belonging to Physically Handicapped. (Additional 05 years in case of Physically Handicapped belonging to SC, ST & 03 years for OBC category)
Per Month Salary DEE LP UP Teacher Recruitment 2021 :
Assistant Teacher (LP): Pay Band - 2 (PB-2) @ Rs. 14,000/- to Rs. 60,500/- plus Grade Pay and other allowances as admissible as per "Assam Service (Revision of Pay) (Amendment) Rules, 2019".
Assistant Teacher (UP): Pay Band - 2 (PB-2) @ Rs. 14,000/- to Rs. 60,500/- plus Grade Pay and other allowances as admissible in accordance with the "Assam Service (Revision of Pay) (Amendment) Rules, 2019".
Small Family Criteria: Any person having more than two surviving children on or after 01/01/2021 from one or more partners shall not be eligible for appointment as per Govt. Policy on small family norms.
TET Certificate: Candidates who have qualified the Assam Teacher Eligibility Test (ATET) conducted by the Department of Elementary Education, Assam will be eligible to apply and those candidates who will appear and qualify the Assam TET to be held in the month of October, 2021 (Advertisement No. SSA/SST/TET/Miscellaneous/508/201 1/PV7589 dated 14/09/2021) will also be eligible to apply after the declaration of result.
Medium of Instruction: Language-I of the candidate's Assam Teacher Eligibility Test (ATET) will match the medium of instruction of the school to which the candidate wishes to apply. For example, if a candidate wants to apply in an Assamese medium school, the candidate must have Assamese as Language-I in Assam TET. Similarly, for Bodo/Garo/Bengali/Manipuri/Hindi/Hmar etc language schools, the candidate should have Bodo/Garo/Bengali/Manipuri/Hindi/Hmar etc. as Language-I in Assam TET conducted by Department of Elementary Education needed. Assam.
# The condition of medium of education is applicable only for the posts of Assistant Teacher and Assistant Teacher, Science Teacher of LP School of UP School.
Educational Qualification DEE LP UP Teacher Recruitment 2021 :
The post-wise educational qualification for each post is given below.
Assistant Teacher (LP)
(a) Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known). Or
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) as per NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations 2002. Or
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.E1.Ed.) OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education)
And
(b) Passed in Assam TET for LPS conducted by Department of Elementary Education, Assam.
Assistant Teacher (UP)
Graduation from a University recognized by UGC and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed. or D.Ed. (Special Education) or B.Ed. (Special Education) and passed in Assam TET for UPS conducted by Department of Elementary Education, Assam.
Science Teacher (UP)
B. Sc. from a University recognized by UGC and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed. or D.Ed. (Special Education) or B.Ed. (Special Education) and passed in Assam TET for UPS (Science & Maths) conducted by Department of Elementary Education, Assam.
Assamese language teacher
Graduate from a UGC recognized University with Assamese as one of the subjects and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed. or D.Ed. (Special Education) or B.Ed. (Special Education) and passed in Assam TET for UPS conducted by Department of Elementary Education, Assam.
Manipuri Language Teacher
Graduate from a UGC recognized University with Manipuri as one of the subjects and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed. or D.Ed. (Special Education) or B.Ed. (Special Education) and passed in Assam TET for UPS conducted by Department of Elementary Education, Assam.
NIOS (ODL) Course: The candidate who has completed 18 months D. El. Ed. The syllabus of NIOS (ODL) will be treated equally and equally with other candidates who have completed the 2-year course for the purpose of this recruitment process.
