In view of current situation of COVID-19 prevailing in the state, the online application process for the recruitment of 25 post of Junior Assistant that was scheduled to start from 15th July 2021 as per the official advertisement dated 12th June 2021 has been postponed to 1st August 2021.

Age-Limit :- The Candidates Should Not be less Than 21 Years of Age and Not More Than 38 Years.

Upper Age Relaxation:

The upper age limit is relaxable as given below -

i) 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates i.e. up to 41 years.

ii) 5 years for SC/ST candidates i.e. up to 43 years.

iii) 10 years for PWD candidates.

Educational Qualification ATEPFO Recruitment 2021 :

(a) Applicants must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.

(b) Candidates having minimum 6 (six) months Diploma / Certificate in Computer Proficiency from a recognized Institute like Word Processor, SpreadSheet, Presentation Graphics, Concept of Database, Internet, Email and Computer Typing in English / Assamese Language needed.

ATEPFO Selection Process Recruitment 2021 :-

Selection Process :- The selection process of ATEPFO Recruitment consists of two stages.

Phase-I: The candidates whose applications are accepted will have to appear in an objective type test (Multiple choice questions 100 marks) to be held in five regions of Assam - (Dibrugarh, Jorhat, Tezpur, Silchar and Guwahati). To be notified later.

Syllabus for Phase I includes:

i) General Studies including Current Affairs, National and International - 60 marks.

ii) General English - 20 marks.

iii) Arithmetic - 20 marks.

Phase-II: For each vacancy, five candidates will be shortlisted for Phase-II on the basis of marks obtained in Phase-I. The shortlisted candidates will have to appear in the following tests in Stage-II:

a) Computer Test (English & Assamese Typing) - 20 Marks.

b) Writing Ability Test in English. The writing ability test will consist of drafting, precise writing, comprehension, essay etc. - 30 points.

Final Section: The combined marks of Stage I (Objective Type Test) and Stage II (Computer Test and Writing Ability Test in English) obtained by a candidate will be the determining factor for selection to the post of Junior Assistant.
