(ii) Geophysicist (Group-A) / Assistant Geophysicist (Group-B)/ Scientist 'B' Geophysics: M.Sc. in Physics, Applied Physics, Geophysics,Exploration/ Applied/ Marine Geophysics.

(iii) Chemist (Group-A) / Assistant Chemist (Group-B)/ Scientist 'B' Chemical: M.Sc. in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry.

(iv) Scientist 'B' Hydrogeology (Group-A) / Assistant Hydrogeologist (Group-B): Master’s in Geology, Applied Geology, Marine Geology or Hydrogeology

Personality Test/Interview

The Stage-III of the selection process consists of a Personality Test/Interview carrying 200 marks. There will be no minimum qualifying marks for this stage.

Candidates who secure the minimum qualifying marks in Stage-II, as decided by the Commission, will be shortlisted for the Stage-III Personality Test/Interview.

The number of candidates called for the Personality Test will be approximately twice the number of vacancies to be filled.
