The Government of Assam is set to distribute appointment letters to 12,673 selected candidates recruited through the Assam Direct Recruitment Examination (ADRE) 2.0. The distribution will take place on 9th, 10th, and 12th January 2026 for appointments across multiple state government departments.
To mark this milestone, three mega ceremonial programs will be organized in Guwahati, where the Hon’ble Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma will formally hand over the appointment letters to newly recruited employees, in the presence of senior officials and dignitaries.
The joining date for all selected candidates is tentatively scheduled for January 2026.
