Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have qualified REET (Level 1 or Level 2) and possess the relevant educational qualifications as per the post they are applying for.
Level 1 – Primary Teacher (Class 1–5)
General Education:
- Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year D.El.Ed. (OR)
- Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 45% marks and 2-year D.El.Ed. as per NCTE Regulations 2002 (OR)
- Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with 50% marks and 4-year B.El.Ed. (OR)
- Graduation with 2-year D.El.Ed.
- Must have passed REET Level 1 in the relevant subject.
Sanskrit Education:
- Senior Upadhyaya or equivalent Sanskrit examination with at least 50% marks and 2-year D.El.Ed. (OR)
- Varishtha Upadhyaya or equivalent with 50% marks and 4-year B.El.Ed. (OR)
- Shastri degree and 2-year D.El.Ed.
- Must have passed REET Level 1 in the relevant subject.
Level 2 – Upper Primary Teacher (Class 6–8)
Subjects: Social Science, English, Mathematics, Science, Hindi, Sanskrit
Educational Qualification:
- Graduation and 2-year D.El.Ed. (OR)
- Graduation with at least 45% marks and 1-year B.Ed. as per NCTE Regulations (OR)
- Senior Secondary with 50% marks and 4-year B.El.Ed. (OR)
- Senior Secondary with 50% marks and 4-year B.A./B.Sc.Ed. or B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed. (OR)
- Post-Graduation with 55% marks and 3-year integrated B.Ed./M.Ed.
