NABARD Grade A Salary
Selected candidates will receive a starting basic pay of ₹44,500/- per month, under the pay scale:
₹44,500 – 2500 (4) – 54,500 – 2850 (7) – 74,450 – EB – 2850 (4) – 85,850 – 3300 (1) – 89,150
In addition, candidates will receive:
- Dearness Allowance
- House Rent Allowance
- Local Compensatory Allowance
- Grade Allowance
Approximate initial monthly gross salary: ₹1,00,000/-
Eligibility Criteria for NABARD Recruitment 2025
1. Assistant Manager (RDBS)
(i) General
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with 60% marks (SC/ST/PwBD: 55%) OR
- Postgraduate Degree / MBA / PGDM with 55% marks (SC/ST/PwBD: 50%) OR
- CA / CS / CMA / ICWA OR
- Ph.D degree
(ii) Chartered Accountant
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Must have valid ICAI Membership as on 01-11-2025
(iii) Company Secretary
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Must have Associate / Fellow Membership of ICSI (valid on or before 01-11-2025)
(iv) Finance
Any one of the following:
- BBA/BMS (Finance/Banking) with 60% marks (reserved: 55%)
- Full-time MBA/PGDM/MMS in Finance with 55% marks (reserved: 50%)
- Bachelor of Financial & Investment Analysis with 60% marks
- Membership of ICAI or ICMAI
- CFA (USA) / FRM certification
(v) Computer/Information Technology
- Bachelor’s Degree in CS/IT/Electronics/AI/ML/Data Science, etc. with 60% marks OR
- Relevant PG Degree with 55% marks OR
- Graduate + DOEACC ‘B’ Level
(vi) Agriculture Engineering
- Bachelor’s Degree with 60% (PwBD: 55%) OR

- Minimum 10 years Commissioned Service in Army / Navy / Air Force
- PwBD candidates: minimum 5 years
- Must hold a valid Ex-Serviceman Identity Card
