Age-Limit:
The minimum age required is 18 Years, and the Maximum age allowed 30 Years as on the date mentioned in the official Notification.

- Scheduled Caste (SC): 05 Years+

(i) Junior Translator in CSOLS / Junior Translator in Railway / Junior Translator in Armed Force / Junior Translator / JHT in Subordinate Offices:
- Master Degree in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a Compulsory Subjects.
- Master Degree in Any Subject with English Medium and Hindi as a Compulsory Subject in Degree Level And Recognized Diploma Course in Translation from Hindi to English Vice Verca or 2 Year Experience
(ii) Senior Hindi Translator in Various Department:
- Master Degree in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a Compulsory Subjects.
- Master Degree in Any Subject with English Medium and Hindi as a Compulsory Subject in Degree Level And Recognized Diploma Course in Translation from Hindi to English Vice Verca or 3 Year Experience

SSC JHT Selection Process 2026
The selection process for the SSC Junior Hindi Translator (JHT) 2026 comprises two stages of examination:
Paper-I (Objective Type)
