Compartmental Result 2026
The Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB), Division-I, has announced the result of the HSLC Compartmental Examination 2026 on 23rd June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Students who could not pass the HSLC Examination 2026 were provided another opportunity to improve their performance through the compartmental examination.
The HSLC Compartmental Examination 2026 was conducted by ASSEB, Division-I from 29th May 2026 to 5th June 2026 at various examination centres across the state. Candidates who appeared in the examination can now check their results online through the official portal.

Eligibility Criteria for Compartmental Examination
Students were allowed to appear in the compartmental examination only if they fulfilled the following conditions:
Subjects
Candidates who failed in a maximum of three subjects in the HSLC Examination 2026 were eligible to apply.
Minimum Aggregate Marks
Students must have secured at least 170 marks in the main HSLC examination.
Main Examination
Only candidates who appeared in the Assam HSLC Examination 2026 were eligible to sit for the compartmental examination.
Passing Criteria
Candidates appearing in the compartmental examination must secure a minimum of 30% marks in each subject appeared for. In addition, their total score after the compartmental examination must be 180 marks or above to be declared successful.
Students qualifying in the compartmental examination will be eligible to seek admission to higher classes during the same academic session.

Candidates may follow the steps mentioned below to download their result and marksheet online.

Step 2: Click on the Compartmental Result link.
Step 3: A new result portal will open.
Step 4: Enter your Roll Number and Number exactly as printed on the admit card.
Step 5: Click on the Submit button.
Step 6: Your result and marksheet will appear on the screen.
Step 7: Download and take a printout of the marksheet for future use.
