Age Limit:
The Candidates Should Not be less Than 18 Years of Age and Not more than 42 Years. As on 1st January 2025.
- For ST Candidates: 05 Years+
- For SC Candidates: 05 Years+
- For OBC Candidates: 03 Years+

Educational Qualification:
Qualification: Graduation From Any Recognized University.
Nationality: Only Citizens of India (Male/Female).
Physical Standards: A Candidates must be Physically and Medically Fit in All Respects.
Employment: Gainfully Employed.
Application Fee:
- General Candidates: Rs. 500/- Rupees.
- OBC Candidates: Rs. 500/- Rupees.
- EWS Candidates: Rs. 500/- Rupees.
- ST Candidates: Rs. 500/- Rupees.
- SC Candidates: Rs. 500/- Rupees.
Payment Mode: Candidates can pay their examination fees through an online payment gateway. Candidates should have any one of the following options to make the online payment – Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking or UPI.
Selection Process:
- Candidates whose application forms are deemed correct and who are declared successful in the online entrance exam will proceed to undergo intelligence and personality tests at the Service Selection Board.
- A two-stage selection process, consisting of a Psychological Aptitude Test and Intelligence Test, has been implemented at the Service Selection Boards.
- All candidates will undergo the stage one test on the first day of reporting at the Selection Centers. Only those who pass stage one will move on to the second stage and remaining tests, while those who do not pass will be sent home.
- Male and female candidates will be ranked separately based on their total marks in the online entrance exam and the SSB tests.
Exam Pattern for Territorial Army Officer
- The papers in Elementary Mathematics will be at the level of Matriculation standards, while papers in other subjects will be equivalent to what is typically expected of a graduate from an Indian university.
- The exam duration is a maximum of 2 hours and is conducted as a Computer Based Test (CBT).
- For every incorrect answer, one third (0.33%) of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as a penalty.
