Assam Direct Recruitment Admit Card 2025 – Skill Test & Interview Call Letter

The State Level Recruitment Commission (SLRC) has officially declared the written exam results for various Grade-III and Grade-IV posts under the Assam Direct Recruitment 2023. The results were announced on 7th March 2025, and candidates who qualified in the written examination are now eligible to appear for the Skill Test, Driving Test, or Oral Interview, depending on their applied post.

According to Assam’s Chief Minister, the next stage of the recruitment process will begin from 15th June 2025. Admit cards for the Grade-III and Grade-IV interviews will be available for download from 8th June 2025 via the official portal.

Assam Direct Recruitment Application Summary

The application process for Assam Direct Recruitment (ADR) 2023 was entirely online. One notable update this year was the integration of employment registration numbers with application numbers, improving tracking and transparency. Importantly, no application fee was charged, and a correction window was provided for candidates to fix any submission errors.

Selection Process for ADRE 2025

The recruitment process is divided into two phases:

Phase 1: Written Examination

Candidates first appeared for a state-wide written examination.

Phase 2: Skill/Interview Test

Shortlisted candidates now proceed to the second stage, which may include:

  • Skill Test
  • Driving Test
  • Oral Interview (Viva-Voce)

All second-phase tests will be held in Guwahati. Final selection will be based on merit, considering scores from both the written test and the second phase.

Mandatory Documents (Original and Photocopy)

1. Admit Card of Interview

2. Employment Exchange Registration Certificate/Card

3. Age proof-Admit card of HSLC exam/Birth Certificate

4. Mark sheets and Pass certificates of

  • (i) Read up-to Class VIII
  • (ii) HSLC, HSSLC
  • (iii) ITI passed certificate in the trade of wireman/ electrician/ fitter/ welder/ electronics mechanic/machinist. (Whichever is applicable)
5. Additional Qualification, if any.

6. SC/ST/OBC/MOBC Caste/Tea Tribes and Adivasi communities/PwBD Certificate, if
applicable.

7. Ex-Servicemen certificate (Discharge Book Number and Date with place of issue).

8. Photo identity proof (PAN Card/Passport/ Voter ID Card/Driving License, AADHAAR Card).

ADRE Computer Skill Test Notification for Class-III Posts

Candidates who have provisionally qualified in the ADRE written examination (Paper-III and Paper-IV) are required to appear for the Computer Skill Test as per the schedule and details provided below.

  • Test Dates: 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th July, 2025
  • Venue: Guwahati

Candidates who have provisionally qualified in the ADRE written examination for the post of Driver (requiring minimum qualification of HSLC or equivalent along with a valid LMV Driving Licence) are required to appear for the Driving Skill Test and Document Verification as per the schedule below.

Candidates who have provisionally qualified in the written examination for Stenographer posts — requiring a Bachelor’s Degree, a Computer Certificate/Diploma (minimum 6 months), and a valid Stenography Certificate — must appear for the Stenography Skill Test and Document Verification as per the schedule below:

  2. Scroll down to the Important Links section.
  3. Click on the Download Admit Card link.
  4. A new tab will open with the official portal.
  5. Enter your Application Number and Password.
  6. Click on Login.
  7. After logging in, click on the Download Admit Card option.
