Indian Army Agniveer Eligibility Criteria
Agniveer (General Duty)
- Passed Class 10th/Matric with 45% aggregate marks.
- Minimum 33% marks in each subject.
- Candidates possessing a valid LMV Driving Licence will be given preference for Driver vacancies.
Agniveer (Technical)
Candidates should have any one of the following qualifications:
- 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & English securing 50% aggregate and 40% in each subject.
OR
- 10+2 with PCM & English along with a 1-year ITI course in the relevant trade with NSQF Level 4 or above.
OR
- Class 10th with 50% aggregate, minimum 40% marks in English, Maths and Science, along with 2 years ITI training or 2/3-year Diploma in the prescribed engineering trades.
Agniveer Clerk / Store Keeper Technical
- Passed 10+2 in any stream (Arts, Science or Commerce).
- Minimum 60% aggregate marks.
- At least 50% marks in each subject.
- 50% marks in English and Maths/Accounts/Book Keeping are compulsory.
Agniveer Tradesman (10th Pass)
- Passed Class 10th.
- No minimum aggregate percentage required.
- Minimum 33% marks in each subject.
Agniveer Tradesman (8th Pass)
- Passed Class 8th.
- No aggregate percentage required.
- Minimum 33% marks in each subject.
