Eligibility Criteria - of Forensic Science Recruitment 2023
Citizenship: The candidate must possess Indian citizenship as per the provisions stated in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India and should also be a permanent resident of Assam.
Registration with Employment Exchange: It is mandatory for the candidate to have their names registered with any employment exchange in Assam.
AGE LIMIT: -
The candidates should not be less than 21 years of age and not more than 40 years of age as on 01/01/2023.
AGE RELAXATION: Category-wise age relaxation is as follows:-
(i) By 3 Years for OBC Candidates.
(ii) By 5 Years for ST Candidates.
(iii) By 5 Years for SC Candidates.
(iv) By 10 Years for PWD Candidates.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: -
- Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or Forensic Science with specialization in the concerned subject.
- Bachelor of Science in Botany, Zoology, Anthropology (Physical), Biotechnology, or Forensic Science with specialization in the concerned subject.
- Bachelor of Science in Physics, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Forensic Science with specialization in the concerned subject.
SALARY: -
Salary Range: PB-2 (Rs.14,000-60,500/-) with an additional Grade Pay of Rs.7,600/-.
