- Sr. Manager (Chemical): 51 Years (As on 01/08/2023).
- Manager (Chemical): 50 Years (As on 01/08/2023).
- Engineer (Production): 40 Years (As on 01/08/2023).
- Dy. Manager (BOE): 48 Years (As on 01/08/2023).
- Officer (Fire): 40 Years (As on 01/08/2023).
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
Sr. Manager (Chemical): Full time B.E/B.Tech Degree in Chemical Engineering with 12 years post qualification relevant executive experience in operation of Ammonia- Urea complex in PSU/ a large Private Sector industry out of which 04 years should be at Managerial level with proven knowledge of modern technological developments. The candidate should have minimum 03 years recent experience in the field of operation of Ammonia plant.
Manager (Chemical): The ideal candidate for this position should hold a full-time B.E/B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering and possess 10 years of relevant executive experience in operating an Ammonia-Urea complex in either a PSU or a large Private Sector industry. Out of those 10 years, a minimum of 3 years should have been at a managerial level, demonstrating the candidate's ability to oversee operations. Additionally, the candidate must have proven knowledge of modern technological advancements in the field. Furthermore, the candidate should have at least 3 years of recent experience specifically in operating an Ammonia plant.
Engineer (Production): The ideal candidate should possess a full-time Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering and have at least three years of executive experience after graduation, preferably in a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) or a large private sector process industry. Candidates with experience in Material Handling or Water Treatment Plant operations in a process industry will be given preference.
Dy. Manager (BOE): Candidates must possess a full-time B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Sc. (Engineering)/ AMIE degree in any discipline. In addition, it is necessary to hold a BOE (Boiler Operation Engineer) certificate. Moreover, applicants should have a minimum of 8 years of executive experience in a process plant within either a State or Central Government undertaking or the Private Sector industry, specifically as a high pressure Boiler Operation Engineer.
Officer (Fire): Full time B.E/B.Tech in Fire Engineering with 3 Years post qualification executive experience in Fire in a PSU/ a large Private Sector industry.
