Eligibility Criteria of IDBI Bank Asst. Manager Recruitment 2022
Age Limit: Candidate age should be between 21 to 28 years as on 01/04/2022.
Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable:
(i) Up to 5 years i.e. up to 43 years for SC/ ST candidates.
(ii) Up to 3 years i.e. up to 41 years for OBC/ MOBC candidates.
(iii) Up to 10 years for Persons with Benchmark Disability (PWBD). However, candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer) who fall under the category 'Persons with Benchmark Disability' will be eligible for cumulative age relaxation under both their respective categories.
Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. of India or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
Computer Proficiency: Candidates are expected to have proficiency in computer.
About Program: Selected candidates will be involved in 1-year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking & Finance (PGDBF) program consisting of 9 months classroom study on campus and 3 months internship in IDBI Bank branches. After successful completion of the course, candidates will be awarded PGDBF certificate and will be inducted as Assistant Manager Grade 'A' in IDBI Bank, subject to fulfilling the eligibility criteria as mentioned above.
