1.Name of the Post : Company Secretary

Educational Qualification: Graduate with membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with minimum 05 years of professional qualification, Executive experience as Company Secretary in PSU/ Large Private Sector Organization Proven in-depth of latest Company Law and Corporate Governance compliance. Good understanding of laws applicable to a company including secretarial standards with on line knowledge so as to report to BOD from time to time.
Pay Scale : Rs. 20600-3%-46500/-
Age Limit: 53 Years
2.Name of the Post : Finance Manager

Educational Qualification: Graduate in CA or ICWA with at least 12 years post-professional experience in a Public Sector Undertaking / Large Private Sector Organization with post-professional experience, out of which 4 years should be in a senior managerial position.

# Eligible candidates certificates and testimonials only in respect of age, qualification, experience, caste for SC, ST and valid non creamy layer certificate for OBC, competent authority, disability certificate for candidates with income and assets may apply in the prescribed format along with attested copies of Certificate for EWS issued by any one of the mentioned authorities in the prescribed format by Government of India, two recent passport size photographs and a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 200/- for candidates belonging to General and OBC category only through Bank Draft drawn in favor of BVFCL, Namrup at SBI/UCO Bank payable at Namrup, Assam-786623. SC/ ST/ PWBD/ Ex-SM candidates are exempted from payment of application fee, provided they attach an attested copy of SC/ ST/ PWBD certificate issued by the competent authority along with their application.
